Darling Package

We believe every organization needs event day management. The Darling Package is geared toward the organization who wants to do the majority of the actual planning themselves, but needs concierge service and event production during the final stages of the the planning process. This package includes the following:

  • Design consulting

  • Rehearsal coordination (if needed for fashion shows)

  • Assistance in creating event timeline

  • Access to event planning documents

  • Vendor confirmation two weeks prior to event

  • Coordination of all vendors and activities on the day of event

  • Setup assistance

  • Cleanup assistance

TOTAL COST: $2500 (This is split into 2 payments)

Designer Package

Some organizations need a little more assistance with their planning process. The Designer Package is just like having a full-planning virtual event planner - PERFECT for the modern planning process. This package includes the following:

  • Design consulting

  • Vendor sourcing

  • Vendor vetting

  • Vendor meetings scheduled for you

  • Virtual vendor meetings when needed

  • Rehearsal coordination (if needed for fashion shows)

  • Assistance in creating event timeline

  • Access to event planning documents

  • Vendor confirmation two weeks prior to event

  • Coordination of all vendors and activities on the day of event

  • Setup assistance

  • Cleanup assistance

TOTAL COST: $7500 (This is split into 2 payments)

Northwest Arkansas Wedding Planner

Divine Package

This is for the organization who needs hands-on event planning. The Divine Package is for organizations who want a full-planning professional to walk them through the entire process from start to finish. This package includes the following:

  • Design consulting

  • Vendor sourcing

  • Vendor meetings scheduled for you

  • Attendance to at least three vendor consultations

  • Monthly check-ins

  • In-person follow-ups

  • Unlimited correspondence

  • Rehearsal coordination (if needed for fashion shows)

  • Assistance in creating event timeline

  • Access to event planning documents

  • Vendor confirmation one week prior to event

  • Coordination of all vendors and activities on the day of event

  • Setup

  • Cleanup assistance


TOTAL COST: Starts at $10,000 (Payment options available)
